I am committed to revolutionizing the accessibility of yoga and movement education, ensuring it’s of the highest quality. That’s why I created Humanence—with the purpose and passion to help others.
As a former gymnast, I shifted my focus from outward achievement to inner awareness.The path I’m sharing with you has not only helped me reduce pain and feel better while managing my heart disease, but it has also transformed my life—especially during moments of struggle.
I am on a mission to continuously seek the best training and resources, as Humanence is an evolving space for everyone—myself included. After all, what we learn today may be outdated tomorrow.
As the only yoga practitioner on the island offering a brain-based approach to movement, I aim to create a practice that’s as unique as you are.
My sessions empower you to move with purpose, cultivate self-awareness, and unlock your human potential—all while nurturing your body and mind.
